Foundations is your entry point to reformer and mat Pilates. This essentials class introduces you to the reformer and Mat Pilates, guiding you through core principles of Pilates (Concentration; Control; Cantering; Precision; Breath; Flow). Expect a slower pace, clear instruction, and the building blocks you’ll carry into every other class. Ideal for beginners, injuries or anyone wanting to refine their practice, or build confidence on the reformer.

Stretch & Flow is a restorative reformer experience designed to soften tension and bring balance back to body and mind. Through lengthening sequences, gentle flows, and mindful breath, you’ll leave feeling lighter, taller, and deeply recharged. Perfect as a complement to dynamic training or as a standalone reset.
"Energy meets elegance in motion."
Elevate is a dynamic, uplifting reformer class that challenges coordination, strength, and stamina. Expect creative sequencing, flowing transitions, and a pace that builds energy while staying true to ORA’s mindful movement ethos. This is where reformer becomes both art and workout.






"Power, pace, and performance."
Ignite is our cardio-driven reformer format using the jumpboard and high-energy sequences. Think fast-paced intervals, athletic power moves, and elevated heart rates, all while maintaining precision and form. The result is a sweat-inducing, endorphin-boosting session that feels addictive in the best way. It is also a great form of cardio that is gentle on your joints.
"Strength refined. Form defined."
Sculpt blends traditional reformer training with resistance and weights for a strength-meets-grace workout. Expect intentional, muscle-focused sequences that tone, shape, and define. Every movement is controlled and purposeful, leaving you feeling stronger and more empowered.
Private Pilates Sessions. Your movement, your moment. At ORA, our Private Pilates Sessions are all about personalized attention, gaining confidence, or working on specific goals etc, don't forget these sessions come with an expiration date. Please check the validity period before purchasing to make sure your sessions align with your schedule.

In short, our FOUNDATIONS classes are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence on the machines, think more traditional Pilates. ELEVATE is more of a challenge with more flowing dynamic movements; STRONG are sessions with added heavier weights & springs with more of a sculpting effect think combining a bit of weight training with Pilates movements, the STRETCH & FLOW is a class is for abilities when you really just need that stretch.
